~~SERVER-100170~~ extended ResolvedNamespace to support all functionality that ResolvedView has. We should refactor all usecases to use ResolvedNamespace.

We should also rename 'bindViewInfo' to 'bindResolvedNamespace' and 'getResolvedSubPipelineView' to 'getResolvedNamespace'.
