Add replication related commands to antithesis composer tasks

      Add calls to replSetStepDown, replSetMaintenance, replSetSyncFrom, appendOplogNote to antithesis test composer tasks.

      We should also investigate adding more nodes to the two different test composer tasks setup, or add a new task with a different cluster setup. So that stepping down and changing sync source can have more nodes to chose from.

      This should add more coverage for step-down and other generic repl related commands.
