Use replSetReconfig in antithesis test composer tasks

      Add new antithesis test composer task that uses reconfig (adding/removing nodes, changing node priority) with more nodes. Ideally this task should work with other replication commands such as replSetStepDown and replSetSyncFrom (see: SERVER-122168). If it works with other replication commands, maybe we don't need a brand new antithesis composer task, and instead can just use the existing ones.
