      Functionality for parsing size and count from an individual applyOps entry was tested as a part of SERVER-121160. 

      SERVER-121700 added oplog cursor functionality and integration.

      This ticket is to add create additional testing for aggregation with applyOps, and to move the testing for aggregating size and count to the replicated_fast_count_delta_utils_test.cpp added in SERVER-121921
