      As observed in BF-41900, the sharding_stepdown_fcv_upgrade_downgrade_jscore_passthrough suite fails to elect a new primary in a reasonable amount of time on ppc64le architecture, causing timeouts.

      Add the incompatible_ppc tag to this suite to unblock the ppc64le variants while the root cause is investigated.
