Noticed in SERVER-119698 the following matrix suites and resmoke overrides do not have codeowners. I think these files should be owned by server security. This ticket should be to confirm these overrides and suites actually belong to server security and to add the correct codeowners to all of them (this list might not be exhaustive):

- replica_sets_ese.yml
