In SERVER-119940 we decided to document and serialize only a subset of the collection metadata into the shard authoritative collections. However, in doing so we kept the timeseries fields in the shard catalog conservatively.

This ticket is about moving those into the global catalog if possible and ensure nothing in the authoritative shard catalog world needs access to it.
