In order to expedite the execution of the authoritative shards project we are initially making a full copy of the CSRS content into the shard.

Ideally however, we should only be serializing the necesary information meant for authoritative shards since they have no need for the other optional fields in the document.

Things like information meant for the balancer or resharding should be omitted from the durable schema.
