During the phase of a primary-driven index build where we load sorted keys into the index, we will periodically write the index state of the index build using the functionality implemented in ~~SERVER-125587~~. The frequency at which we perform this write (for instance for every n keys loaded into the index) will be controlled by a server parameter.
