      Companion artifact for SERVER-126384 (QE cleanup/compact race causing ECOC missing clustered index).

      Root cause: rename → drop lock → recreate with clustered index. Concurrent user insert in rename→create window implicitly creates ECOC with default options. Agent ran TLC: 62181 states clean with fix; bug cfg produces counter-example in seconds.
