      SERVER-126384 hardcoded in the implicit creation path the clustered index option when the nss corresponds to an ECOC collection. This ticket is to investigate whether there is a cleaner solution, for example properly synchronizing the rename+create happening during QE cleanup/compact with implicit collection creation
