      Rename the existing knobs `internalQuerySamplingCEMethod` which holds the sampling method for the on-the-fly and `internalQuerySamplingCEMethodForPersistentSamples` which holds method for persistent samples to make more sense like `internalQueryOnTheFlySamplingMethod` and `internalQueryPersistentSamplingMethod`
