Make the samplingMethod argument in analyze command test-only

      In order to avoid a user running analyze with a samplingMethod of "chunk" we will turn this test-only and remove the argument entirely. The samplingMethod will then use the internalQuerySamplingCEMethodForPersistentSamples knob to set the samplingMethod the write path will follow to gather a sample and write it.
