      Sub-ticket for SERVER-87657.

      Use this previous POC as a reference. In this path, the query-stats key remains on OpDebug. Hook into the existing OpDebug completion path so that when a registered read completes with a non-OK status and the key is still live, the query shape records the error metrics.
