This was considered as part of PM-3268 but proved a little too complex to slot in there.
This would be particularly valuable in the context of auto-regression detection in helping us flag particular query shapes are suddenly causing problems.
Currently queries that error do not contribute to queryStats.
This is not quick win sized, closer to project sized.
