An always-on check that fails the build when an expected platform's archive or package is missing the extension pair - the regression class that shipped extension-less 9.0 binaries in July (SERVER-130806) and was caught by a person. Drive the expected-platform list from the same source of truth as the archive mapping so adding a platform updates the check automatically; exclusions (non-Linux, AL2) stated in the check, not implied.
Acceptance: removing an extension entry from any covered platform's mapping turns a build red.
