SERVER-134104 highlighted that we do not have thorough test coverage of running commands when user write blocking is enabled and commands are issued with the write block bypass permission. For testing if there were any other issues on v9.0, we ran a sharding and a sharded_collections jscore passthrough suite with user write blocking enabled and the test connections having the bypass privilege. This is something we should now consider productionizing and adding to our test corpus.

Ideally, the committable version of this should test both the user write blocking globally and on one replica set. These suites likely do not have to run very frequently.
