      Problem

      BF-46755: jstests/core_sharding/resharding/rewrite_collection_basic.js fails in sharding_jscore_passthrough_with_user_write_blocking on the gRPC build variants (rhel8-arm64-debug-aubsan-compile-grpc, linux-x86-dynamic-grpc).

The test calls startParallelShell but is not tagged uses_parallel_shell. The write blocking suites enable auth and the gRPC variants pass {}shellGRPC{-}{}, so _getMongoProgramArguments (src/mongo/shell/servers.js) spawns the parallel shell with both -u __system -p ... and -gRPC. The shell rejects that combination:

Error: Authentication is not currently supported when gRPC mode is enabled
      exception: connect failed

The check lives in src/mongo/scripting/mozjs/shell/mongo.cpp. Because the parallel shell never connects, rewriteCollection never runs and hangRewriteCollectionBeforeRunningReshardCollection is never entered. The test then blocks in waitForFailPoint until its 600s maxTimeMS expires with MaxTimeMSExpired.

      Root cause

SERVER-134170 added the write blocking passthrough suites. They select jstests/core_sharding/{}/.js and exclude uses_parallel_shell, but this test is the only startParallelShell user under jstests/core and jstests/core_sharding that is missing the tag, so it is not excluded. No auth+gRPC suite previously ran it (causally_consistent_jscore_passthrough_auth excludes jstests/core_sharding/resharding/.js).

      Affected suites

      • sharding_jscore_passthrough_with_user_write_blocking (failing in BF-46755)
      • sharding_jscore_passthrough_with_replica_set_write_blocking (same base suite, auth overrides, selector and exclude tags, and same jscore/common task tags; not yet observed failing)

The sharded_collections_* write blocking suites already exclude the test via assumes_unsharded_collection.

      Proposed fix

Add uses_parallel_shell to the tags of jstests/core_sharding/resharding/rewrite_collection_basic.js. This matches the convention used by the other tests that call startParallelShell.
