mongod could warn user if OS transparent huge pages feature is on

      http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/administration/production-notes/ says that mongod might perform worse if transparent hugepages are on.
      There's no startup message to warn the user if they're actually enabled, as it happens for, e.g. NUMA checks.
