Fix backup_restore.js test performing rsync test on mmapv1 storage engine

      Currently there is no rsync test run as part of backup_restore.js on mmapv1

      As part of SERVER-18899/SERVER-20331, I modified this test and enabled the rsync test for mmapv1, this causes test failures as the test breaks under mmapv1.

      This test is now explicitly disabled within the patch changes of SERVER-18899/SERVER-20331.
