      As a follow-up to SERVER-22319:

      1. buildscripts/resmokeconfig/suites/concurrency_sharded_sccc.yml should be removed
      2. SCCC suites should be removed from etc/evergreen.yml
      3. SCCC code should be removed from buildscripts/resmokeconfig/suites/concurrency_sharded.yml
      4. 'useLegacyConfigServers' code should be removed from jstests/concurrency/
