      Once SERVER-27507 is implemented, we can annotate all types in the codebase for export. Potentially, we can do this piecemeal by implementing a new LIBDEPS_TAGS feature that marks a library as having had annotations applied. Only libraries possessing such a tag would be built with the default visibility reduced to hidden.
