ReplicationConsistencyMarkers::writeCheckpointTimestamp needs to include its own write in checkpoint

      ReplicationConsistencyMarkers::writeCheckpointTimestamp needs to perform a database write at a timestamp that is included in the checkpoint that is about to be taken. We need to add this logic once the ability to set the timestamp of a RecoveryUnit is possible. There is a TODO at the section of code that needs to be modified.
