replica set startup fails in wt_cache_full.js, initial_sync_wt_cache_full.js, recovery_wt_cache_full.js when journaling is disabled

      The recently added JS tests in noPassthrough are not compatible with test suites that disable journaling because they run WiredTiger replica sets.

      [initandlisten] Running wiredTiger without journaling in a replica set is not supported. Make sure you are not using --nojournal and that storage.journal.enabled is not set to 'false'.
