Untag tests that are in backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml once the file properly excludes tests

      SERVER-45500 will fix how backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml excludes tests from running in the multiversion suites.

      Once that ticket is complete, we should untag the tests from SERVER-45497 since they were tagged with "requires_fcv_44" to properly exclude them from running, despite also being added to backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml.
