      While working on SERVER-44918, a number of failures were encountered on the
      concurrency_sharded_multi_stmt_txn_with_stepdowns, concurrency_sharded_multi_stmt_txn_terminate_primary, and concurrency_sharded_multi_stmt_txn_kill_primary suites for the random_moveChunk_index_operations fsm workload. Determine whether the workload should remain blacklisted or can be modified to run on these suites.
