AC:

Update the binVersion in server.js to 4.4
Update the binary version constants defined in multiversionconstants.py. (The fcv constants in this file can be left for work to be done as a part of ~~SERVER-46323~~.)
Ensure no new redness was introduced to the Enterprise RHEL 6.2 (implicit multiversion) build variant
