~~SERVER-44034~~ disabled the sharding_last_stable_and_mixed_shards suite in master because of incompatibilities when using 4.3.4 as the last stable binary version in mixed clusters without FCV logic. When the FCV constants are increased and the last stable version is updated, the suite should be re-enabled.
