- Primary losses connectivity with replica set
- setFeatureCompatibilityVersion: "3.6" is run on primary
- setFeatureCompatibilityVersion: "3.6" is run on remainder of replica set
- Old primary will rollback, remove the UUID on admin.system.versions
- Old primary will fetch FCV = 3.6 from the remaining members.
- Rollback loop continues forever
