Relax oplog application constraints in ephemeralForTest variants

      Similarly to SERVER-47053, when using rollbackViaRefetch, we need to relax oplog application constraints when applying oplog entries in order to avoid node crashes. When we complete SERVER-47022, we can re-enable oplog constraints on ephemeralForTest variants.
