exception_architecture.md refers to the removed wassert

      After wassert ("warning assert", I believe) was removed in SERVER-25345 (ca 4.0), this reference in docs/exception_architecture.md (recommending their use in ctors) is the only mention of "wassert" in the codebase. This advice should be updated.
