Remove the parsing of the 'dropped' field from CollectionType

      The changes in SERVER-50027 remove the writing of the dropped field from the config.collection entries and SERVER-51880 deletes any such entries un upgrade from 4.4 to 5.0.

      This ticket is to remove that field from the IDL altogether.
