ShardCollectionLegacy should cleanup leftover chunks by ns in 4.9

      Currently shardCollectionLegacy is attempting to clean up leftover chunks by uuid on fcv 4.9. However, in 4.9 it should cleanup by ns. kVersion49 must be replaced with kVersion50
