Only store the "originalSpec" on time-series bucket indexes for newly supported index types

      When downgrading, any incompatible secondary indexes on time-series measurements need to be removed (SERVER-59129). To prevent index specification incompatibility with versions <= 5.0, indexes that are compatible for downgrade should not store the additional "originalSpec" field to avoid any on-disk changes for downgrade.
