      In increasing the coverage of fast count validation in SERVER-59058, remove_and_bulk_insert.js sporadically reports an incorrect fast count in the concurrency_sharded_multi_stmt_txn (and variations of this) suites. We should determine why the fast count is incorrect in this test, address the issue, and re-enable the fast count validation in the these suites.
