Windows LDAP support - provide support for custom CA certificates

      Currently, we can override the CA certificates to use for OpenLDAP but not Windows LDAP connections. Windows LDAP connections rely on certificate store which is likely fine for most customers though.

      There is an existing config parameter ""security.ldap.serverCAFile" that works for OpenLDAP.
