      Add additional metrics reported by the MongoDB serverStatus command to the enterprise SNMP offering.

      Note that this issue will not cover the following:

      • repl.hosts
      • recordStats, except for accessesNotInMemory & pageFaultExceptionsThrown which are covered
      • locks, except for the globalLock section

      A new issue will be entered for the above but will not be available for 2.5.3
