Track initial number of orphans in range deletion task documents (receiver-side)

      Objective of this ticket is to only track the initial number of orphans on the recipient.

      During a migration, on a recipient such field will be:

      • Initialized to 0 when the pending range deletion documents is created.
      • Increased after every received batch.
      • Increased/decreased upon applying modifications (transferMods): may increase in case of upserts, decrease in case of deletions.
