Track initial number of orphans in range deletion task documents (donor-side)

      Objective of this ticket is to only track the initial number of orphans on the donor (before the range-deleter kicks in).

      At migration commit time, such field should be retrieved from the receiver (that persisted it SERVER-63762) and updated on the donor side.
