Add count of NUMA zones to FTDC metadata

      Similar to SERVER-67704, it would be useful to determine the memory architecture from FTDC metadata. Adding a count of the number of numa zones would show if the machine was booted with NUMA disabled, or if the machine has numa enabled and multiple sockets.
