Set default range-deleter batch size to a lower value

      SERVER-61637 changed the default range-deleter batch size from 128 (way too low) to MAX_INT. This new setting may end up causing relevant disk pressure on clusters undergoing heavy workloads. Purpose of this ticket is to set the value of rangeDeleterBatchSize to a lower value, still not as low as before.
