llvm symbolizer broke with v4

      This bf is missing a backtrace BF-27279 and this similar bf BF-26635 has a backtrace so something broke recently probs has to do with v4 rollout.
      This ticket has two requirements
      1. Fix the backtrace in that test
      2. Write a unit test of some kind for making sure we are getting backtraces.
