[CQF] Handle disjunction in SargableNode in CE

      In SERVER-70164 / SERVER-74539 we extended SargableNode so it can contain disjunction. We put in a placeholder CE for SargableNode, which doesn't handle disjunction; we need to update this so the estimates make sense.

      I think this means using a transport which calls the conjunction / disjunction CE helper for each conjunction / disjunction node.
