Only log record and index metadata associated with missing or extra index keys

      The metadata logging added by SERVER-61203 and SERVER-66012 turns out to be very verbose for large collections. We can restrict the logging further by restructuring the code to log the relevant metadata after the set of missing and extra keys has been fully determined, rather than as we are doing the scan.
