Expand coverage in the CQF variant and increase frequency

      Add tasks from the all feature flags variants to the CQF variant. This will involve adding test tags to skip tests that fail with bonsai on (e.g., those that rely on shard filtering, plan cache, etc). Investigations into those tests can be done separately. Also, increase the frequency to nightly.
