      These tests were originally separated due to a race condition related to FCV upgrading and downgrading. When the feature flag 'TTLIndexesOnCappedCollections' is eventually removed, the test in jstests/core/ddl/collmod_convert_capped_to_ttl.js can be moved back to jstests/core/ddl/collmod_convert_to_ttl.js.
