This test sets the storageEngineConcurrencyAdjustmentAlgorithm startup parameter added in ~~SERVER-75908~~. This set of test operations is not compatible with the Fixed Concurrent Transactions test suite added in ~~SERVER-78372~~ which overrides this parameter for all server instances.
