Remove temporarily added shard keys from queries in bulkWrite jscore tests

      We had various updates without shard keys using the 'let' option in our bulkWrite jscore tests. Due to SERVER-81057, these test cases would not work on sharded collections at the time of doing SERVER-79506. To work around this we temporarily added the shard keys to these queries. But once SERVER-81057 is merged we should confirm these tests work without the shard keys, and then remove them.
