Re-enable wt_size_storer_cleanup_replica_set.js on macOS

      The wt_size_storer_cleanup_replica_set.js test makes the ident reaper run by setting the minSnapshotHistoryWindowInSeconds parameter to 0 and then advancing the timestamp and taking a checkpoint. However it seems that on macOS for some reason this sequence does not make the ident reaper run, unlike on other platforms.
