      The "package_new_compile" compile function added via SERVER-83417 requires new versions that will capture the previously existing compiles:

      • _compile_amazon_linux2_arm64_with_mongocrypt_shlib
      • _compile_amazon2_streams
      • compile-rhel70

      We want to add these to "system_perf.yml"
